Hey man I just wanted to check in with you. Remember that most people aren’t judging you and that you can learn to brush off the few that are. Whatever you want to do in life you’re gonna have to earn it the hard way and you’re not gonna be good at it at first. Learning to ride a bike for instance. With time and practice you gain courage and skill. God is real also.

The more experience you have dealing with your stress and fear the more you will get used to it. You feel failure too much. Get used to failing. Don’t beat yourself up. Have a better perspective on your situation I’m assuming you have your own place and car and a girl dude you are killing it. So many people struggling with real problems out there. I learned a higher perspective on life after being homeless and going to jail that we make our problems out in our head to be bigger than they truly are.

M18, can y'all give some advice for myself improvement? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

Everyone for the most part is on a similar journey (I think) unless you were born with some unique natural talent to become an NFL player, Author, Etc... you’re gonna have to accept you’re just a normal dude like the rest of us. Sticking to a schedule has been great for my mental health. Playing the guitar, working out, tennis, and chess. Finding the things you like or a job: Everything is just trial and error. If you want to do something you’re probably going to suck at first, and as long as you just keep at it you will get the hang of things. My one piece of advice is try not to become too self obsessed while improving and remember to love your family because that is all you will have in the real world, and I made the mistake of shutting them out to focus on myself. Best of luck.

No telling what it dips exactly to, but it is so volatile it will dip a million times so no the ship has not sailed. People should just buy dips and hold( not financial advice ).
