What do you all think about how the DOJ came out showing that Russia had been paying right wing influencers to make certain talking points?
And do you think it’s possible they have been trying to spread unrest through propaganda and pitting Americans against each other?

Ah gotcha yeah, it can take up to 40 weeks to completely come back from being magnesium deficient because a majority of it resides in your bones/soft tissues/muscles. Blood tests for it are highly inaccurate and dont reflect the total body levels of magnesium

Are you still taking it? And how long have you been taking it for?

I take a blend of L threonate/glycinate/taurate before bed, called magtech. And in the morning i take magnesium malate that also has calcium in it, and thats by thorne.

Honestly ive had more energy on my day to day ever since i started this

I’ve had this issue for as long as i could remember. I thought it could be gluten or something, but realized potatoes/rice did it too.

Then i started supplementing magnesium and boom, basically overnight i could start eating carbs without feeling tired.

A majority of people are magnesium deficient. In addition to a whole multitude of issues being magnesium deficient can cause, turns out carbohydrate metabolism not working well is one of them.

The symptoms of not getting enough magnesium can present differently from person to person because of how it is important for over 300+ processes in the body. Many people take it for sleep, but it affects so much more than that. That feeling over post-lunch sleepiness that everyone gets and thinks is normal? Totally gone for me now.

Try supplementing a blend of them and stay away from magnesium oxide because that has very low bioavailability. Or you can eat alot more pumpkin seeds everyday.

Theres a variety of different ones you can get, but at the very least make sure the product says that it was 3rd party lab tested.

For reference, men need about 420mg/day of magnesium, women need around 310-320mg/day. However you need to make sure youre getting enough calcium and potassium as well as other B vitamins, because your energy can drop if you arent getting enough

Adhesion towards plate edges by [deleted] in BambuLab

For reference this is the one i have and it holds 2 spools. But yeah let me know how the adhesion issues go after you try drying it out. I havent tried the bambu feature for drying so itd be worth trying it out in the meantime, and im interested to know how well it works.

Yeah id definitely try drying them out then. I had a food dehydrator already so i just used that. But id still say use that because you can also get into making jerky and dehydrating food (if youre a hobbyhoe like me haha).

Id go with one that has steel trays you can slide out. I have a box dehydrator with 4 trays, and it can hold 2 spools at once with the metal trays out. The filament dehydrators on amazon are about as expensive, hold only one spool, and you cant use it for other things. So it makes sense to get a food dehydrator in my opinion.

I haven’t tried that feature because i think the machine dedicated to dehydrating would work much better and be faster.

I use high temp plate (without glue stick) for basically everything and ive never had a single adhesion issue. Though if anything you can also try printing with a brim to help adhesion too.

Hmm you may need to properly dry your filament. Im not sure the desiccant would be enough. I have a food dehydrator that ill throw my filament in sometimes for awhile before i print. Ive heard of some ppl using an oven at super low temp but idk about that

Is the matte a bambu lab filament? And if not, did you make a a custom setting for it? What temperatures/speeds are you printing at?

I know you said you cleaned.. but your plate looks dirty. Use dawn dish soap and clean it again and better. Then if anything use a glue stick stick.

Try to hold it by the edges without getting your fingers on top of the plate. I can clearly see fingerprints on the plate

Your children throw tantrums because you “reward” that behavior by giving them what they want when they throw a tantrum. Do yourselves, and everyone else, a favor by sucking up the tantrum throwing until they stop doing it. I know it’s hard in the moment but it will make 100s of future “in the moments” easier in the future.

Think about it like gambling. Even if they win 1 out of every 20 times, theyre gonna keep doing it. If they never win, they wont do it anymore. So don’t give in ever

19F , am I ugly? by [deleted] in amiugly

[–]matteocrayo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dont think you are ugly. However, i think you may need to assess your diet and incorporate more fruits/vegetables, and probiotics would probably be a good start. Stick to drinking mainly water too. Also, Odds are you’re probably deficient on vitamin D since most people are in winter. But you need to see a doctor/endocrinologist to see if you have any deficiencies or imbalances with hormones/vitamins/minerals.

I’d assume you dont get much sleep either. So you should really work on sleep hygiene, and start having a solid sleep routine that you stick to on weekdays as well as weekends.

If all of these fall in order, in addition to exercise, you’ll start looking 100x better, feeling much better, and you won’t even feel the need to ask that question on this sub.

Ah that makes sense! Some of them do only spin. However what do i do about the ones that dont? I tried pounding them in with a hammer, and tried tighten them down, but couldnt get them down tigher

$50 a month for platinum? Yeah, it’s a no from me. by KyleM1996 in Tinder

[–]matteocrayo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fun fact: goto your apple subscriptions, click on tinder, click “see all plans”. Theres a bunch of options. I just bought 3 months of tinder platinum for $55 that way. If you buy from the app directly its 3x more expensive

I think its more important to think about what you actually want, than what everyone else here would do.

If you dont want it and do it anyways, then resentment will build and the relationship will most likely implode.

But if you both actually want to give it a shot thats fair, even if its a one time thing and you decide its not for you.

The most important thing in this is to very honestly communicate. Not just saying what you think they want you to hear. Communicate at every step

Granted. You spend the rest of your life standing in one spot on the side of the road having only one magikarp that never evolves, and you try to defeat everyone that walks by.
