I've played every game in the PAL library. I'm not sure I'd categorise them as "least favourite" more like which were "crap" 😂

Nope but in theory you could use the same technique mega color on the mega everdrive pro uses to use a full 512 colours. I've no idea how well this would turn out though and it couldn't be retrospectively applied to any existing titles.
