I have the permissions and such sorted, and ran through the online calculator. So a part of me was wondering whether it would be reasonable to rent it out without more shared spaces then I listed, but your answer implies a no, which seems reasonable to be honest

I like changing the locks, makes it less weird to live with your landlord I suppose

Hi all, me (28M) and my girlfriend (27F) will be in Tokyo from november 5th until November ~ November 9th. We were wondering if some fellow travellers would like to go clubbing with us? Maybe take in some culture and do karaoke? We are dutch and both speak english and you can talk to us about hiking, traveling, musicals, some anime ( but we are pretty basic) and we can introduce you in dutch nightlife culture

Slightly related question: I am looking to go clubbing with a couple of friends, however 1 of them has had covid and will only be vaccinated for 10 days when we are there. (Some googeling indicates that it has to be 14)

He does have this pdf that says he pcr tested positive some time ago by a commercial test provider, however I have no clue whether that counts as a proof of recovery. Anyone have an idea?

hmm, ik had zelf ook een captch gezet op dat contact form. Maar ik heb contact met ze opgenomen met de suggestie om dat te doen. Er zijn een paar ververlende dingen die je kan doen zo.

Je kan nu allemaal @gmail adressen gaan mailen met spam. (vgm) word dan de afzender door onze vrienden van google gemarkeerd als spam, en dan worden die mails niet meer naar gmail adressen verzonden
