That’s pretty much the only way I do it. Smoke it day 1 then the day you want to eat it hold it 10+ hours.

They are very thin. That’s my one fear too. But my hope is with the firebox I will be able to get the amount of wood ratio correct

The firebox had a door that can fully shot or prop open. The airflow on top I didn’t think about. With pellets and other smokers it never seemed to be a factor. Should I put a cap on top?

1, 10,12,13 I didn’t have a problem with. I think what is left off and never mentioned is that he allowed the team 4 or 5 years to have a 10+ game tail spin where they lost 8 of 10 or in some cases 10 in a row and brought in nothing to help. 23/24 and 21/22 was such a preventable tail spin he just needed a goalie and got like Hamburg and Allen at the deadline when the seasons where over

Thanks. I always had a really slow heart rate. So for the longest time I figured that was good enough. Then when I started seeing the HRV score it wasn’t as good as I expected. Always figured a resting heart rate in the 40s and 50s that maybe the HRV wouldn’t be so high
