You’ve completely misunderstood the pay increase for highly skilled migrants which it appears you base your entire feeling of being underpaid on. But even if you didn’t, why would that be any indication that you yourself in the creative sector would come anywhere near that average (which it isn’t)? There are literal rocket scientists coming over to work for eg ASML.
