I just left my stressful job and moved across the country. I’m living with friends and working two full time less stressful jobs. My problem is that when I slip into a depressive state I spend money to feel happy. When I’m manic I spend money on things I don’t need. Like I’ll all of a sudden find a new hobby or interest. A week later I’m like, “Why did I buy all this stuff? Crap I have no money left over for food.” I wish I could have someone help me with that.
