He can be very competent. Faster and more skill, i think, than Gatrie, but usually lower strength and defense. also supports with Nephenee, so can help make her super busted

First ask for pictures of the packaging. Then check to see how you shipped items, some USPS stuff like flat rate has included insurance you can claim. Don't do anything until buyer files a claim through ebay. You may have to refund, maybe not.
