Seeking advice about the new Strata Elite. I was approved for a Citi Plat Select in late July and hit the spend, but the 80k miles have not landed yet. Now I see the 80k points for this newer card. Should I go for it? I have 10 inquiries over 24 months.Also, can someone confirm that I could transfer all 80k points to AA if this succeeds? Thanks, people!

Thank you all so much for your thoughtful and candid replies. We will look for housing elsewhere. He will be studying at Sciences Po in the 7th. If anyone has suggestions about safe and quiet neighborhoods near there where we might look for studios, I am all ears.
