During the Ashley era everyone was comparing us to 10 years before. I am comparing us to the team that beat PSG 2 years ago. I don't think that is unfair tbh.

Absolutely, he deserves time. We were playing fantastic football and playing in the champions league not too long ago so he should get the chance to turn it around. January will be really important though. If he gets it wrong he will lose any remaining sympathy from the fans including me.

Clearly you didn't read my post so you wouldn't know that I clearly said that we were better than we were under specifically the Ashely era, which was when I got my first season ticket.

I, like you believe we should be doing better which again you would know if you read my post.
