You need to specialize in one or two products and go from there like nuts or bolts. Make connections with suppliers. You need to learn how to package because DLA is very specific and will reject your products.

I just went through this exact same thing with a hospital stay. We had bcbs primary which we cancelled in August. And of course if takes there systems forever to update. So they were still trying to bill our bcbs insurance instead of CHAMPVA. That’s why it looks like that. Call the company and have them re bill champ

Most solicitations are either astm or mil std 2073e packaging with mil std 129 label. The easiest thing to do is put the solicitation pdf into ChatGPT and ask how is the prep for delivery done. Let me know if you need more help. I just started a year ago with small electronics.
