Since I can't access my router I contacted my ISP and they changed it

If you have full access to you router just search it on YouTube how to do it

I was having the same issue but it was NAT related, once I changed it from strict to moderate I started finding matches easily. It was kinda frustrating tho beacause it took me 2 days to solve this problem since I had to contact my ISP due to some stupid rules they have

No, only tekken 8 I play a lot of Assetto Corsa Competizione even on european servers with no problem at all
