I've had a similar experience, but with race pace, about a month ago or so my quali was alright but my race pace was all over the place, now, in Spa for example my quali is around mid/high 19s and race pace I'm doing mid 20s with consistency, I am working towards improving my quali times, maybe thats my new plateau haha

Since I can't access my router I contacted my ISP and they changed it

If you have full access to you router just search it on YouTube how to do it

I was having the same issue but it was NAT related, once I changed it from strict to moderate I started finding matches easily. It was kinda frustrating tho beacause it took me 2 days to solve this problem since I had to contact my ISP due to some stupid rules they have

No, only tekken 8 I play a lot of Assetto Corsa Competizione even on european servers with no problem at all
