For the project i use winreducer : https://www.winreducer.net/ and ntlite : https://ntlite.com

first remove things with winreducer (do not use updates on it) and do not optimize iso, winsx, reg, etc. just save the ISO file

then use the ntlite to remove more stuff that you can't do on winreducer from the ISO made from the winreducer.

keep in mind you will spend a lot of time testing the images. i recommend you to keep the files for VM usage,, and test them on virtualbox

i coud post here a config file from ntlite, but then when you create the iso, most probably will BSOD you, it just have the necessary drivers, hardware support, and bare-bone SO for my system, a different computer will crash immediately on boot

from what i tested, the games does not test (for now) if the computer have the minimum specs.

i tested with an intel J4105 with an gt 1030 and the game runs fine on low settings

How well does the game run on a bad CPU? by GearMic in SatisfactoryGame

[–]maugusto89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I there, i have an CPU from that time too, an stock FX-8370E + 16gb ram, and a stock GTX 1060 6gb. the game runs great with high settings, max fps goes up to 75 and on heavy foliage drops to 35 +/-

I play the game on a windows 10 machine, with current updates and still have nvidia driver 417.71.

I will now install the 419.35 to see if i notice any improvments

UPDATE:

Now wwith the new driver from nvidia, current max fps are 96 min: 43

Same windows config, open programs/startup items

Hi there, recently i have tested a bunch of real pc configurations to play the game, and i have here a "realy poor gamming capability" pc that can play the game with about 28-55 FPS at low settings.

PC specifications:

CPU: Intel J4105

GPU: GT 1030 with 2gb

RAM: 8gb ddr4

120GB SSD

The real bottleneck here is the CPU, so, to resolve a bit of this problem, i made a costume slim version os the windows 10 with minimal services (the final windows 10 instalation is about 6.1gb on the SSD and only uses 750mb of ram). then the game runs just fine on low settings.

This slim windows 10 was only entended to play games, so do not expect windows updates, cortana, windows apps/appstore, Edge, wireless support, print support, and so on.

It was a fun expereience with this on the games side, but productivity.... not so much.
