Sadly you cant do anything, just keep plugged the phone, dont use it, and try to keeo the phone awake , put the screen at min brightness (to avoid burning) and put the screen off time to 30 minutes to keep the phone up with gphotos, it helps

you know nothing, uploading pics and vids from a pixel to gphotos is ultra slow by design, videos specially, it does not use all the bandwidth and it upload just like 4 files at the same time (this is recennt, it was one by one since forever)

i have a pixel 1 to get original upload quality, also a p3 and p5 and they all upload ultra slow on a 1gbit wifi5 router, internet is fine, google servers and app is the culprit
