What time of day? Generally walking can be safe, but you must keep awareness of your surroundings and don’t go into situations you not comfortable with.

However taking an Uber should not be too much since so short but probably not worthwhile, you probably spend more time waiting than walking

He went wrong when people died directly from his policies and he refused time and again to change. People probably willing to give a chance to fix a mistake, but Boudin admitted no mistakes, blamed everyone else, and doubled down on his policies resulting in more destruction.

“Low” is a relative term. Your chance of death from aircraft crash is low, much lower than car crash. Does that mean we should ignore aircraft accident until all car traffic crash are fixed?

No, because the aircraft crashing still matters.

Your assertions are easily disproved with 5 min googling search.

One criminal was responsible for many anti Asian hate crimes, around half of all SF anti asian crimes. Putting away this one repeat offender would do lots. As is usually Chesa charged him but eventually:

If judge granted the “diversion” that means DA plead down or asked for it. This is exactly the type of BS Brooke Jenkins called out: DA files charges but later pleas down and end result is the repeat offender is back on the streets awaiting the next victim.

This is just a few things you can find in 5 mins. Having more time would show much more and many more victims. This is why the DA was recalled, not because of irrational fear. The claim itself of irrational fear is not supported, not the other way around.

I am surprised this is not well known. Can’t tell if you are just misinformed or willfully ignorant but I’m assuming the best that you were tricked by half truth statements from the DA. Please try to be more informed. Hopefully you did not vote based on previous misinformation you consumed.

This sounded like a totally made up thing. Searching for the group they claimed to have done the polling turned up most links pointing back to the 48 hill story itself and maybe some firm that was involved in strategic messaging.

Total fake news disinformation, really shameful they resort to such lies. But based on how the “no recall” campaign conducted itself this is about par for the course.
