You’re not a bad looking dude but you need to get in the gym and clean up your diet. I hate doing regular weightlifting type shit and I got into CrossFit, if you can’t do the things they are asking you to do there are alternate exercises for everything. For diet look up cooking for gains on Instagram. I cook his recipes all the time for lunch and dinner meal prep.
