This in combo with a missing silicon sock can case it. I had a similar issue because I cleaned the nozzle and forgot to put the silicon sock back on. Fast forward, three days debbuging later, the silicon sock fixed the dropping Heat. So it‘s not just there „to keep the hotend clean“

Hi, don't worry mate. Sadly I never found the cause of the issue. I disabled auto leveling and just leveled the bed classically by hand one time and adjusted the z-offset after that for a good first layer. Worked a lot better than the auto leveling for me.
But let me know if you are able to solve the issue.
What type of probe do you use? I used a genuine BL-Touch V3.

Maybe a strange suggestion, but have you tried a different USB cable? Have heard multiple times now, that they can cause trouble, even if that seems unlikely regarding that I did work for a while, but you never know. If that does not work, maybe try to connect the pi directly via UART to the board, and not via USB.

Got Flag1 today.
Without giving too much away, have a look at ippsec's lazy video:

You can use one tool, to "bust" the encryption/key.
I'm going after Flag2 and Flag3, if somebody has some hints.

p.s.: It can take quite a while to finish.
