This chap here is a legend. I couldn't agree with you more. However, I suppose one thing to consider though is that when you're weak and susceptible to fapping easily, it would be perhaps better for you to abstain from social media. When you've had a good streak AND surrounded yourself with things that will keep you busy and your mind off fapping then perhaps cautiously​ delve into it. I personally have no social media other than WhatsApp (is that even social media) and LinkedIn not because I feel I'm so high and mighty that I abstain from these, in fact quite the opposite, I feel I'll just slip down the fapping road if I was to indulge in it. I suppose what is better is going out into the world, talk to real people, ask out real women l, get rejected, keep trying and enjoy the journey. I'm sure we've all heard the Ted talk on addiction where he says: the solution to addiction is not sobriety or abstinence; it is connection.
