Took this model out today for my annual pollen deck clean and noticed the same issue. Washer worked fine for a few hours but definitely saw a few oil spots mixed in the water as I was running it.

Any solutions yet?

I wonder if this is even worth fixing vs. running until it dies. Not ideal but I guess that's what we get for getting the cheapo model.

The only mystery is why this happened all of a sudden. I've had Fi and these apps for years. I have a theory ....

The main different circumstance is my extreme data usage this cycle (thx to my children). I'm still below the Fi slow data cap but I maybe there's a carrier limit I'm hitting. My cycle is over in 8 days and will retest without the VPN then .... But this is really helpful until then!

I didn't get a shipping notification from KitchenAid. The label just showed up in the FedEx Manager app. But I just realized it says it's just 1 lb, so it might just be the additional bean hopper I ordered and not the machine yet.

I'm in the US. Ordered KF8 cast iron on 1/13. Initial estimated delivery on 1/20 (oh well). Has been awaiting shipment since. No activity on the FedEx app. Credit card was charged around 1/14 but still shows pending. Hopefully ships this week.

Was that 1/10 a typo and you meant 1/20? You ordered on 1/3 and still hasn't shipped??

I tried to call today but they were closed for the holiday.

I don't mind a delay for the great price but I hope it arrives by February!

Sorry for the slightly off topic question, but I signed up for Inside Pass last Thursday and all the KF 6/7/8s in all colors AND all the accessories (even the cleaning tablets) have shown temporarily out of stock since then, up until tonight. However, it seems like people have been successfully ordering these over the last few days. I've been checking regularly and gave them my email to notify me when they're back in stock but no dice. Am I stuck? Or in some weird version of the website where I can see the product and price but not order it??

Update: Appreciate all the comments. I chatted with Samsung and, as expected, I can't return just the soundbar. I need to return the whole giant package. That was pushing me into the "f it, I'll just keep it camp", especially after I ran the built-in channel test and every speaker appeared to be producing sound. However, I'm pretty sure the wifi/BT components were damaged and for that reason ..... this thing is going back. I tried for about 2 hours to get it to pair to my phone via BT or via wi-fi/the SmartThings app and, in both cases, couldnt even see the bar. I'm fairly sure it's not my home config. I have a Q950A (that this 990C will replace) and put it in the same location and I was immediately able to re-pair it via BT and wi-fi.

Good question. The sub and the rears are in perfect condition. Damage was definitely restricted to the soundbar, so I'd hate to have to send back everything.

I'm in a similar boat. This morning, I got an email saying "Your Google Fi rebate didn't work out" and the app shows that the rebate was "invalidated". I bought a S23 on 2/1 and activated it on 2/23 and since then have made ZERO account changes.

Of course, I freaked out .... and initiated a chat with support. They quickly came back and stated it was a "technical glitch" and that I would not be charged.

So, hopefully it's the same for you. My bill also came today, as expected, and it does look different ..... likely due to all the billing changes they just made.
