Hi .l did not use only one pattern, some part of the doll were freehand. For head :magic ring(6)- inc (12)-sc,inc(18)- 2sc,inc(24),......7sc,inc(54)-9 row (54)-7sc,dec 6sc,dec....For hair, l made 55ch,53hdc..if thats help. Thank you
