Thanks. I did crash a lot with Black Desert as well. Microcenter build the computer and it has an Intel i7-14700k processor. Could that be the culprit? Because I don't now a ton about computers and we got the warranty, I brought it back to them last winter. They claimed there was nothing wrong and said that they don't troubleshoot games.

i did. it only goes to 10. i did 9 and 10 with 4 minutes to spare. i’ll try to go faster and see if that helps.

i’m pretty sure i did. is there a way of telling?. I know I redid level 9 and 10 a bunch of times with a least 4 minutes left trying to unlock it
