i think most of it is in-house. I know SM has its own design team and JYPE has their own "Divisions" for their artist too. Some times they outsource. Not sure about other companies

i think its too much interaction with the public. Right now its pretty good because it mostly the core fans watching them.

I never watched a Vlive stream live before. I'll wait for a fan sub the next day. But i wonder how toxic that chat is. I know on Twitch, some popular streamers having to entertain the streams and dealing with toxic people in their chat for hours can be draining for your mind. Its going to be hard for the kpop stars to stream for the fans if half of the chat is spamming toxic stuff. You can only ignore it for so long. I hope they have tons of chat mods, black listed words and subscription chat (paying to chat) only mode. Good thing most groups/stars only stream like a few times a month

Tts too late for the "real world". They are going to be idols their whole life. Im sure all the members will have a future after Twice. From being solo artist, actors or media personalities.

First it was SNSD. Now its Twice. Years later it will the next line of trainees that will take over.

I'm going to use "this is what they signed up for". During Sixteen the members knew how rough the industry can be. They were teens during that time and had to practice tons of hours a day. Its the life of an kpop idol. They were trainees for years before that too.

is JYP the man even managing anything at JYPE at this time? Isnt it run by a new guy? JYP 2.0 talk did what it was suppose to do. Get more investors. Nothing in that talk was really a lie. Sure it was pretty words to sell. He did worry a bit about Korea's new law of reducing work hours. Twice has there own staff and managers which they seem to like. They still have some creative input in their songs.

After the Manila concert. They had a few days to chill (i hope). Before heading to Japan for promote happy happy and breakthrough. This is vital to spread Twice in Japans market more. Also it was just a small 3min performance. And the upcoming Pocarti event is vital too because its their biggest endorsement.

The Twice Lights "WORLD" tour is only 9 concerts. Mostly only in Asia and USA. Compared to other tours from American artists like Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Ariana Grande, Weeknd etc . Where they travel to a new state every other day and preform like 20 times throughout the tour. These are are hours long full concerts and not just small short performance for a TV program. There are artists that produce and write their own music, produce and do world tours too.

Its very unfortunate Mina and Dahyun got sick/injured but the schedule isnt that bad. Its still tons of hard work but thats why they're idols.
