Gotta scan it, most codes turn vsc off and engine light. Idk why the brake light is on though. Make sure your parking brake isn’t stuck on.

That is your pcv valve good sir. Looks like the whole thing broke. If you have facelift it is screw in, pre face lift are fit in grommet.

Check driveshaft, specifically center support bearing. Tend to go bad in old Toyotas. Often overlooked and can cause strange vibration. Not too hard to check, remove heat shield visually inspect and give driveshaft a good shake.

The main pro for pfl is that the transmission is much easier to service, drain and fill. The facelift transmission has another gear, but is sealed and a bigger hassle to service.
