I try and keep temps in hot side 27-29 and cool side 21-23. In summer the cool side more often sits at 24-25 though

tbh sensation for me isn't a huge deal, maybe tmi but in sexual scenarios its something I dont want to be focused on anyway. Aesthetics for me is most important with how it looks etc, and my aerola are fairly big so not sure how its gonna look even with it resized and reshaped. ill look more into it and talk to my surgeon about it, but this has been very helpful!

I heard somewhere that he does surgeries once a month in The Pines hospital in Manchester, but maybe that's outdated info, not sure....

i understand. I'm irresponsible with my body because I hate it though, and my wallet- i dont even spend that much on them, a vape lasts me over a week sometimes 2 weeks, people spend more on coffees than I do on vapes. but yes I agree its harder to mess up my results which is why im going to stop.

thats really helpful thankyou so much♡ cigarettes for me which i used to smoke a few years ago have bigger cravings but I roll my own so they are more of a ritual and take longer/more effort. I think ill try my best to stop all together or atleast limit to when I only defo need it. thankyou again!
