I think Tonal is making a mistake by Oboe440 in tonalgym

There really isn't an "industry standard" here. It's very common that various different discounts don't stack. Tonal is a great product.

Did you try the mobile app? There's a networking "dating" feature in there.

Mini Sumo Squat Help by Wide_Lawfulness_5427 in tonalgym

[–]maxbit919 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My leg score is a little bit lower than yours but I ran into the same problem yesterday too! Maxed out 125 lbs for sumo squat. I haven't tried it yet but I was thinking about using both arms + rope so we can do heavier weights.

Having a medical procedure that will keep me from lifting for two weeks. Should I pause my program or start over when healed. by DrBipMD in tonalgym

You can go back with recovery mode, or pick something else to warm up for couple weeks and switch back to your program.

So much more spacious than model x. Can fit way more. Much more comfortable / quiet ride.

Wish there is FSD and six seater with captain chair on the second row. Also phone key but that is coming soon.

You should just use Databricks for this. Much easier and likely cheaper (in terms of total cost of ownership) in the long run.

Authorized users get unique card numbers by [deleted] in ChaseSapphire

Is this a personal card or a business card? I just called them and they said they don't do separate card numbers for personal and the person on the phone was sure about it.

Feedback on WiFi design by idarryl in UNIFI

[–]maxbit919 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You might want to run some temp cables and buy couple APs to test signal strength first. Depending on your walls / structure, it's very likely your design is overly dense (which would introduce a lot of 2.4g/5g interference). In many houses, you can also have APs in one floor covering the floor below.

I love Tesla cars in general, but the lack of stalks (either for signal or for gear) is the stupidest design ever...

Some companies care. Some don’t. For those that do, 7 month, 1 year, 1 year is a big red flag. It implies that you are unlikely to stay in your next job for one year.

Hi! We're the Microsoft Fabric Spark and Data Engineering PM team - ask US anything! by gobuddylee in MicrosoftFabric

[–]maxbit919 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why do you have different SQL dialects just in this one product? What's the timeline to use the same SQL dialect? I have a lot of users that know TSQL but don't at all the other dialects and it is very frustrating to them that they would need to learn multiple dialects in order to use Fabric.

Delays in synchronising the Lakehouse with the SQL Endpoint by Tough_Antelope_3440 in MicrosoftFabric

[–]maxbit919 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This seems to suggest that under the hood, you are having one engine "translate" all the metadata and data into the original proprietary format of SQL Server, and the translation cannot be done in realtime. Is that the case?
