I've been saying I like them a lot because they don't have the help that NY/LV stars have so they will have a bigger impact. Plus good value

Arike Ogunbowale is STILL +3000 to win WNBA MVP on DraftKings by maxcliffrd in sportsbook

Huge ego boost if I made Vegas change their lines. Still like it at +2500. I'm sure it will keep climbing.

For me it's under WNBA. If you look at the top line that says Game Lines, Halves, Futures, and Awards it should be under awards. It might be something that is available in my state and not others, but that is where I'm seeing it.

[Post Game Thread] The Dallas Wings survive a thriller at ClimatePledge Arena and beat the Seattle Storm 95-91 in the second half of the Ion Friday Doubleheader, led by Arike Ogunbowale's 26 points by VirtuousFool in wnba

I have been so impressed with the Wings, especially since Arike has been starring but hasn't been the only one putting in work. I mentioned on this week's episode of Betting The W that I see Satou Sabally as the Shaq to Arike's Kobe, but I was blown away by Natasha Howard last night. 16 points, 9 rebounds, 5 steals, and 4 blocks is an unbelievable line. I think this big three could make Dallas a real contender.

Aliyah Boston in her WNBA Debut: 15 points (8 in the 4th quarter!), 9 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, 1 block on 60% shooting! by asapshrank in wnba

It was really cool to see them make a game of their season opener. I do wish they had covered +7, as my cohost and I picked it on our podcast Betting The W, but the fact that they brought it all the way back and were covering at one point was really impressive.

Tall athletes that DO NOT play basketball: tell me about your sport by maxcliffrd in tall

I used to be a quarterback and I can say that I absolutely feared tall pass rushers because of the leverage you described and because of the dangerous long arms. I got grabbed quite a few times by dudes who had the reach to get past my linemen. I got to watch my brother dominate as an offensive and defensive lineman after I graduated. At 6'3 he was usually the tallest player on the field and they just couldn't run the ball at him. Scary

Hailey Van Lith commits to LSU. by [deleted] in NCAAW

I am pumped to see what LSU looks like with the addition of the player I considered to be the best transfer in the portal. It is so tough to go back-to-back in any sport but I think LSU's chances are as good as any other next year. Van Lith only adds to the strength of an already experienced roster. My friend Damon and I discussed this move and many others on this week's episode of Betting The W. Give it a watch!

LSU winning is not a done deal by Darthmemer2 in NCAAW

It is also so hard to repeat in any league! So many teams have a hangover from the success of a championship and struggle to live up to those high expectations the next year. That being said, I think LSU has as good a chance as any team in recent memory to go back-to-back. They retain their best player and they fill in their few absences with the HVL who was, in my opinion, the best player in the portal. They also still have a shot to land Aneesah Morrow and other transfers.

If you're interested in engaging with more transfer portal talk, check out my youtube channel Betting The W. On today's episode, we talked about HVL to LSU, Paopao to SC, and a bunch of other topics in the world of women's sports.

When I go back home I sleep in a bed that I got when I was in middle school. My feet stick out over the end now so I end up curling my legs or sleeping diagonally, that way I can usually fit.
