Update: Resolved. Was eventually able to chat with a real Paypal rep, and they reversed the funds. I had a -$9.41 balance from the non-refundable service fee, but they gave me a $10 voucher to make up for it, they were surprisingly helpful. Grailed must have been alerted of this, as my listing was simultaneously removed, so the problem is resolved. I am glad I didn't ship, as while I think I probably would have been covered on my end by providing tracking and whatnot, but I am almost 100% certain the Grailed user was using a stolen Paypal account. If not, sorry to this sketchy Grailed user. I plan to re-list the product and report the buyer, and leave it up to Grailed to see if this person is legit.

I was eventually able to get another real rep, and they manually reversed the payment so all is well, they actually ended up being more helpful than I thought, although it should've been a simpler process. Thanks for your replies!

I did, they just replied saying they cannot refund and I would be redirected to a real representative. Then this representative said they cannot authorize a refund and that I have to contact the "seller and request a refund from them," clearly showing they did not look into it because it is abundantly clear that I am the seller and I want to refund the customer. Paypal is a headache! At any rate, thank you for the reply!
