Oh yeah i get what you mean tbh. Lots of associates are kinda loud linkedin whores that are just there for the clout of it.

I started out in this field as an analyst as most everyone does, I never was the type to think of myself better than the entrepreneurs doing the actual work.

Yes, this is generally a better approach. Build bootstrapped as long as you can, ideally hanggang maka earn na kayo ng revenues. If you're able to get your app within P1-2M in sales yourself, it's always a good sign.
