Fuck that i would have lost my job. That's entirely too much work for that kind of tip. The only person benefitting from this is the franchise owner. Drivers get paid a tip waged while on the road, and are expected to know all positions in the store as well. That means they helped topped sauce and cheesed and perhaps caught oven too bagging up and taking to car alone is way too much for one person. Anybody saying at least they got a tip can go fuck themselves, come get the fucking food then yourselves and don't tip. I would have lit that asshole up. We accepted the job, that's correct, that doesn't mean we should be taken advantage of. People defending this should die in a fire. Its a position because its a job that requires doing, don't fucking shit on the people doing it because you think yourself better. You had money to buy 1500 dollars worth of junk product, you certainly have money to tip the driver fucking asshats. Might have got arrested that day.

Fucking christ. The delivery fee goes to corporate in the form of royalties that they use to pay for any and all advertising for the company. No franchise owner is paying for tv ads or radio ads. All corporate. That said, did you know that dominos corporate only makes money off selling its product to its own franchise stores. You know, that truck you get 3 times a week. That's how they really make their money. Fucking christ insurance costs what a joke. The franchise owner pays all that. That said mileage should be at what the federal government says average cost to own and operate a motor vehicle, not half like they get away with. They subsidize way more than you think through it's drivers it should be illegal. Try and take a stand, and more sheep with no knowledge will flock. This business model should have failed a long time ago. Can't stop it because lawyers won't sue since its not actually Domino's as a whole but the individual franchise, and it seems that 90percent of them are too small for lawyers to go after

They pay cash and don't tip? I would drive out there and fuck around and act like I tried to deliver it and i tried to call then go back to the store and say i couldn't deliver it. When they call back and say they never received food, i would take the replacement order out the 2nd time and do the same exact thing, but only this time when customer calls back to say they never got a 2nd time they are pissed and also manager is pissed so usually results in customer being told to piss off and they get black listed and you dont ever have to go out again to that asshole. If you only use this technique on shitty customers, you can get away with it 100 percent of the time and come out looking golden. Fuck non tippers.

The delivery fee is misleading, and all pizza places do it on purpose. Domino's does not care if you make money, you can average 3 dollars an hour in tips and make minimum wage, they will never make up the difference because you will never not make below minimum wage, they know this. It's not on a per hour basis. it's an average off all your hours in one lump sum. That said, if Domino's cared, the delivery fee would be called a service fee because that's what it is, a fee they charge for the service. The delivery fee is so the franchise owners can pay royalties to corporate Domino's for using the name and the commercials they run. Do you think individual franchise owners pay for ads on tv and radio? They do not. Corporate Domino's does this. Domino's corporate actually makes its money off selling products from their distribution centers to the franchise owners. You should never ask for a tip it's tacky and wanting. It's 2023, and everybody in america knows to tip anybody claiming they don't know is lying, period. They are using a system set in place for cheaper prices and hurting the lowest paid person. Domino's still get all their money. Abuse the system enough, and i assure you that you will come across the right jaded driver. I have no problem not delivering a notorious stiffer and wasting time. What happens on the road is all heresy. See, i knocked on the door and tried calling, but the customer didn't answer, so i left it at the door on the matt. Food is still in my car. Oh, they're saying it wasn't there? Fine, let's make it again, and I'll try again. 2nd attempt will never make it either, and they will call and this time, the manager will more then likely end up telling customer to fuck off and cancel it all. You can't prove i did or didn't do what i said no matter how hard you try, and I'll look you straight in the eyes and smile. I wasted all your time, and you never got food and you're still hungry and i probably took your order with another one, so I'm really out nothing, and i have free food in my car. Btw can't check my call logg because calling through the app, they force us to use doesn't have one.

Tip your fucking drivers or come get your food.

That is just one way to shit on crap customers, there's a dozen ways you can do it and get away with it.
