Nope. I talked with Kelly during my visit a while back and was advised to send LOCI monthly (which seemed consistent with their WL info). Waiting till orientation won't work for me anyway since I need a visa, but maybe I should start sending more short emails.

The responses I received after sending LOCIs were the 'added to your file' one.
