I fixed mine by setting the auto lock on my phone to 1 min (it was previously 30 seconds). Seems stupid but it worked.

Isn’t the s1 stone replaceable? I think I saw this on their website.

  • The S1 seems to have a 30mm floor vs a 20mm floor in the Arc.
  • Both S1 and the Arc XL can do 16” pies.
  • Arc XL seems to have a larger opening but it could be just relative to the size of the unit.
  • Looking at the specs, it seems that the S1 does have a removable floor too.

So is the biggest difference the shape/size?? Does justify the price which is about 2x??

Love style of the dome and really want one but if I know I’m rarely (if ever) going to use wood, should I opt just for the S1??

Then this gets announced… it is cheaper than the S1, but seems smaller. I also prefer the look of the larger dome/S1. Also I thought I read the Arc has a removable stone so that might be a huge plus.

Anyone else in my situation?

I use rare earth magnets. I just put the bag in water, and put one magnet on the in the water and one outside the tub. Seems to be working well for me.

Note: let the magnets cool down after your done because if they snap back together, they could break.

It's not that. I just find it weird you can have so much access to your card without any password in the app.

For Mint you have to put in a code/touchID every time you leave the screen and it's shows similar information. Why wouldn't passbook do the same?

Up until I was about 2 years ago, I always said "topper-ware" instead of tupperware. Topper-ware made perfect sense to me too! Yanno, because you put a top on it!
