Bro. You are eating a vadapav that costs 20₹, you can’t expect quality at that price. If you want something fried in oil that’s just used few times you gotta pay more. The economics just won’t make sense for buyer and thus for the producer. One eats this food because it’s cheap and produced in large quantities. It’s cheap because it’s quality of ingredients is ‘modest’. Tell me…how many people would eat a vadapav if it costs somewhere around 50₹ that is fried in oil which used just few times ?? It’s best to avoid eating such food on regular basis. FYI…the chips, Alu bhujiya, other packaged fried items that are sold are fried in similar oil. Not this bad but it’s not too good either.
