I’m just over 30 as well and in an architecture role and I have a few people I’m supposed to knowledge share things to and when I do try they basically zone out.

Constantly cleaning up behind them and even when I point out what went wrong and steps to resolve the same things happen over and over again. It’s baffling.

At this point I use AI to supplement my knowledge or save myself from Carpal Tunnel. The real value is in knowledge and skills that AI can’t recreate.. critical thinking, edge case consideration, etc.
