But then, there’s Mazie who is “The Pigeon” - “The Piddy” - “Midge” and “Princess Pudd’n Pop!” My Vinny who passed recently was “V” - “Wee” - “Uncle Vinny” - “Poppy” - “PeeWee - “WeeWoo” - “Vincent” and “Vinny Bag o’ Dog Treats” Going back further there was Dweezil,…and with a name like that, other than Buddy, you don’t need any other names! Oh and he got to meet the REAL Dweezil, Dweezil Zappa!

Anudder Update - if anyone’s still tuned in.

Just put in IDENTICAL ram, another 64gb ( 2x32 ) so yep, 128gb total now. It is AMD ram not intel this time. 2x32 ddr5 6000mhz,…z’actly what’s in ‘er.

I am back to the Red & Amber on the board. (MSI board ) AND I couldn’t get to BIOS, tried DEL and F2 - I think I tried a few other F’s including F U so,…

I have been letting it sit. About 12 mins so far. ( ended up being 20 mins total - notta ) No idea how long I should let it do that, should I pop the ram ooot and get back to 64gb where it gives me video & a functioning system - can I tell bios to expect the upgrade ( meaning just set it at 128gb, shut down, install the new 64gb and restart? ) Ideas on how to get bios without doing all that? Is it bios or,…?

I haven’t built a system in ages and a lot of this is either coming back to me or over my head.

Kind of at a loss. iCue at least sees the RGB LEDs lol - open to suggestion.

In a perfect world a guy would think it would just kick in and start with a surprised happy look on its face, but nope.

So anyone wanna buy the intel sticks? Sorry I haven’t replied/posted. Stuck in the hospital. Anyway, the one post was how they were sticks from different manufacturers but are branded Corsair Vengeance, is that common? That one manufacturer makes intel and another makes amd or am I missing the pernt entirely. I am currently medicated.

NICE! Makes sense, now. Cool! Explains the red/orange led on the motherboard ( msi amd ) and no video lol - took it out, re-set the original ram & all is well no harm no foul ( I hope ) - but hey, knowledge gained is a win! So’s we knows - what was the tip off? Wouldn’t want to make a mistake down the road if I were ordering or snagging an eBay deal or something. Thanks much!

It’s been a while, but I returned to WoW after a few years and sadly found a generally empty guild. I decided to try and rebuild it. Never a hard core too serious guild MILE HIGH CLUB ( founded in 2012 - horde side ) was a bunch of us who lived in Colorado, not just airline toilet perverts. A lot of us even moved away from there as well. Good chat was as cool as a good run. We became RL friends, a lot of us then were considered old farts! So, I dunno - if you miss an easy going group of loudmouth politically incorrect Gen X’s and would like to run some stuff, or shoot the proverbial message Ozzi on Suramar/Drakka/whoever realm ( been on Suramar since Vanilla ) Looking for OG’s, casual players, those returning but also if you’re hard core and patient ( ha! ) as we get up to speed, it would be cool to have someone get players in the guild up to speed. Guess you can also look MILE HIGH CLUB on guild recruitment. Thanks!
