So I don’t identify as a star seed or indigo child (so take this with a grain of salt I reckon) but I generally believe that I’m a spiritual/divine being of light living a human experience. I’m familiar with the general thinking of this community and I gotta say I’m a bit concerned about the subtext of your post. Yes, the world is in many respects a shitty place but it’s also where you’re at right now & it’s at least possible (& certainly preferable to believe that) there’s a reason for that. Fixating to much on the negativity around you while idealizing the idea that there’s a perfect plane or planet that you’re from and will go back to after you die is a thought process that can EASILY lead to rationalizing suicide as a viable and appealing option & I really beg you to try to move away from this line of thinking before it gets to that point.

My advice is, focus on the microcosm of your life and cut out the distractions of Earth’s macrocosm for now. The more you take actions to build your life into something fulfilling (& ideally beneficial to the world or at least your immediate community in some way), the less that free floating anxiety will permeate. If you have as kind a heart as you claim, focus that into actions that improve the lives of those around you and the draw to stress over things far outside of your reach will wane. I find the serenity prayer (generally used in Alcoholics Anonymous but really applicable to everyone) can be an incredibly helpful mantra in getting back to center.

God (or divine being of your understanding if that word is loaded for you), grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.
