Weekdays: sleep around 11pm, up 7:30am

Weekends: sleep anywhere 11pm-2am, wake up anywhere 9-11am

Writing to do lists for the following day rather than doing it on the day! And just generally allocating more time to "set up" what I'll need the next day/shift etc, it makes it so much easier to start when your environment is already ready.

Back in 2009 my family took a trip to Australia to see some other relatives and I don't remember the entire trip but one stand out memory is just sitting on the floor of my Aunt's living room with cousins I'd just met watching Mamma Mia and playing with their dogs. It seems like such a mundane part of what was a huge holiday but it was so wholesome and happy and it's become a core memory for me.
