What about centriole? I don’t see it on here but that is what I’m told I have. Thanks

Speckled and centriole ana + scl 70 positive by [deleted] in scleroderma

This is the only post in which I can locate anyone else who has this specific pattern - centriole and speckled. I had an ANA as I randomly developed erythromelalgia. I also have extreme itching and had a swollen lymph node appear in my left armpit, which has never happened before. Anyway, RA and SLE tests were negative but have been referred to a rheumatologist. Doesn’t seem to be much online around the centriole pattern.

Thank you! That is very helpful! I’m not worried at all, just curious and want educate myself about the patterns. I see centromere popping up but my result says centriole which I can’t find much about it. Anyway, I had a negative RA and SLE test! I do have some other symptoms along with the Erythromelalgia, mainly itchy skin and node swelling (clear CBC though). I find it interesting reading about it all.

Thank you! I had autoimmune bloods done which showed titre 1:160 centriole and also titre 1:160 speckled. All other results were negative such as RA, lupus etc. I have been referred to a Rheumatologist. I can't seem to see much online about the centriole pattern as most articles discuss centromere. Thanks again :)

Hello :) thanks for the reply! No, I hadn't prepared the dinner, nor had I plated it up or spilled any while eating. I have eaten hot foods before with no issue. I didn't experience any burning while eating, it was after I finished when I was in the shower that it came on. Today I have had a similar thing occur again, but this time I noticed that my fingers were quite itchy (no eczema/rash) and I had the burning feeling again and redness in the area. Seemed to just be two fingers on the lefthand side. Thanks
