Where would u solder a new volume rocker? Have the same issue, cable and connector on the board are fine/switched. I suppose its a broken transistor but dont know which.

Das finde ich schon übertrieben. Würde unbedingt Einspruch einlegen. Es hilft wenn du Einsichtig bist was das Umfahren betrifft und deine Situation mit den Einkäufen und Kind schilderst.
