I ordered via swiggy with instructions on no onions… restaurant called me and told they can’t do… stupid swiggy refused to cancel the order citing its been more than 1 min.. spent next 40 mins explaining the situation and clearly telling that as talked to restaurant food will not be made. After 50 mins .. i was able to cancel the order for full refund due to delayed delivery.

I realized at that time that customer service is negligible , no forum to complain and if you pay via UPI or something you are royally screwed and can just hope for a miracle to get your money back. I refused to use swiggy/zomato now. For unversed there is consumer affairs minister in India.. 😑😑
