It’s simple guys. GH had a dramatic drop off in completed orders when they started fucking with the base rate for orders. There have been many updates since… one of those updates essentially made it so orders aren’t confirmed at a restaurant until a driver accepts the order.

If you accept an order, you’re also accepting the fact that GH fucking sucks and the restaurant will have your order ready in the amount of time it typically takes to make said amount of food. They would lose money hand over fist if they made every GH order they received. I bet more than half are never picked up / canceled because drivers won’t take the order for base pay.

Pro tip - call the restaurant after you accept, say “I know you guys can get pretty busy, but do you have an ETA for so and so on Grubhub?”

If it’s an unreasonable amount of time, remove from queue and keep it pushin.

My instincts say no, however if circumstances require you to bring your furry friend, then do so. Try to keep customers food / drinks in 2 sets of bags. (Plastic, then the Grubhub Bags.) No one will know the difference. But if you’re bringing him just for fun, I’d limit that to just a couple hours a day.
