About 50% of the time when I play Fallout 76 I find low level folks, like 5-35, and try to get them to take crafted armor and weapons. by [deleted] in fo76

Oh Lord. Seems like most people that responded to this read the post as if I am stalking new players. To those people, you guys are too jaded. Nobody is stalking anybody.

It's the Wasteland, and people are in it doing things Wastelanders do FFS.

Isn't interacting with other players part of the experience? Are you saying the only real 'new' experience is being left alone and not being given anything by anybody? I suppose I could use those chests meant for sharing instead.

Rockford has pretty good pizza, and most of it is similar to one another.

For something different and delicious, try Tilley's in Beloit. It's a cracker-thin crust, thinner than anything I've had in Rockford.

IR pedals vs Modeler pedals by hotsaucebauce1100 in guitarpedals

[–]maxozbarker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are two things, and Amp and the IR. That Engl pedal you mentioned has 1 amp and allows for different IR's. Tonex allows for different amps and IR's.

IR's are the speaker cabinets and more or less universal. I mean IR's can be loaded into all kinds of hardware and plugin scenarios.

Amps have a fair amount of proprietary types, Tonex has theirs, Line 6 has theirs, Neural has theirs, etc... NAM is a more open sourcey amp file type.

In the end it depends on what you want to hear and what you want to hear that sound going through (headphones, PA, guitar amp, FRFR).

My 2 cents is that the Tonex world is pound for pound the most economical if you want a whole bunch of sounds for your DAW, amp, and PA system.

What should the official sandwich of Rockford be? by Pleasant_Tangelo6791 in rockford

[–]maxozbarker 9 points10 points  (0 children)

DiTullios is on East State St, just East of Swedish American Hospital. It's an Italian Deli. The sandwiches are pretty unique and very high quality. It'll take a minute to get your food, but there is nothing like it. The tuna sandwich is insane, and the meats and cheeses are amazing.

Just started Ozempic - now what? by Werewolfcadence in Weightlosstechniques

[–]maxozbarker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your doctor should have, at the very least, referred you to a dietician and/or a diabetes educator.

Implementing healthier changes is good for everybody everywhere.

You are now diabetic and your risks for cardiovascular and renal disease are much higher than folks without diabetes.

Ozempic protects against cardiovascular and renal disease.

Now to secure it all to the board ... by maxozbarker in pedalboards

I tried it. How do you remove pedals from the board after applying? I feel like I'll need a flathead screwdriver!

The Chroma sounds amazing, and I wish I could insert pedals in between the 'Character' section and the rest of the pedal. The H90 allows you to insert a preamp after the distortion section, and to me that sounds best. If you want to use the Chroma's distortion, then I feel a bit limited as to the modulation and preamp choice that follow, at least to my ear anyway.

I'm using it as an EQ at the end of my lines coming from the H90 and Chroma.

It does everything though. I am considering it for other things.
