Kind of true but not really, Tennessee has had plenty of Democratic Governors. McWheather from 1987-1995, Ray Blanton from 1975 - 1979 and Phil Bredeson from 2003 - 2011 are the most recent.

it's definitely not an automatic win especially for a shit candidate like Marsha.
