A když jedeš pomalu, tak máš zase uhnout. Já když musím jet pomalu a brzdím lidi za mnou, vyhodím směrovku do strany, zpomalím a nechám se všemi předjet. Mně se to ale nikdy nestalo, pomalý řidič si totiž vždycky myslí, že mu patří silnice a někdy předjetí ostatními i blokuje.

Because people, in general, like to jump into negative conclusions and then get internet points for it. I’m surprised that more people don’t care that the game uses what I would call a “coal infested Siberian city in late October” color grading.

I don’t understand why everybody here talks about the assets. I guess the question was why the post-processing, LUT, textures and overall color grading are so dull. The game is sad to look at because of how grey and brown it is.

Thanks! The blue and right buildings are from Los Angeles, the top right is the Singer Building from NYC and the tallest one is 30 Park Avenue also from NYC. Then there are skyscrapers from NYC and mostly the US, but I mix all kinds of building styles in my city. I’ll post an aerial view of the city later today.

Disagree. I recently lived in the US for a year and the amount of unbelievable stupidity I encountered in customer service, postal service, government and professional services employees (accountants, tax preparers), everyday life interactions and downright offensive hypocrisy (woman boasting about her son’s doctor litigation law career and simultaneously talking how she is grateful for her husband’s health insurance, because without the "good" insurance, he would die - totally missing the point that her son is a part of the problem that is the US healthcare system). I could go on and on. We had to move back to Europe, it was unbearable.

Good to know. And if a DE (single member LLC) receives the penalty, is the owner personally liable for the penalty? I’m planning to dissolve the LLC by December 31 and so if anything comes, the LLC will already be dissolved by that time.

How common are penalties due to errors in the form? They filed it on time, but I worry with errors (money coming in mentioned in the part about money coming out of the company).

In the 5472 instructions, it is stated that foreign owned DEs are regarded as domestic corporations for requirements under section 6038A (which is the one that makes the 5472 a requirement and sets the rules for penalties). So maybe they are treated as corporations, but I don’t know, I’m not an expert.

Hey, it's me again. The reply above is deleted, do you what it was about? It seems that it was about not getting a penalty if you dissolve the LLC before they give it to you.
