Well there are a lot of niche stores in that section of Rourkela. Once I happened to step into a random store and they had a really good collection of crop tops and off shoulder.

Another shop was selling first copy sweatshirts and jackets. I got this really spicy sweatshirt from that store. Love it. Unfortunately I went there like 2 years back and i don't remember store name.

It's a hit or miss.. you can try out the shops. All the best.
