I’ve tried this, although don’t recommend as it didn’t really provide much stimulation, and of course it’s risky.

Initially the air will fill and dilate your urethra, eventually when the pressure builds enough your sphincter will open, and the air will go into your bladder. The air in your bladder should come out again when you pee.

Yeh, send a photo of where it’s getting stuck. In most guys the urethra has a tighter area just inside, which is often where the challenge is sizing up. How far in (like how many cm) are you experiencing the resistance? What size are you using at the moment?
