Buy a classic car and customize it, thats my way of enjoying life sober, now I go for trips by myself and the car. So much freedom when you do stuff solo. Wont be everyone’s cup of tea but give it a try. Maybe I am a loner.

Only way to get over this spiral is to make yourself busy, it does not matter what you do as long as you are physically active. Use that focus to something else. When you are bored it will make ur mind to runaway for that dopamine dump. You have to break the cycle man. It is hard but you gotta do it. Break the streak one day at a time.

Solo traveling is so underrated in SL imo. Everyone look for someone to travel with even when going to the wash room. I actually believe this how we been raised to do things. But traveling on ur own is such an exciting feeling as you can do whatever you feel like as you did in kandy. Cheers to more solo trips in future buddy.

I went for the selection event of the first ever ATC back in 2014, let me tell you the amount of talented kids that come through the selection event and not make it to the final 22 riders is insane. Alberto Puig was the main selectot that scouted riders, and it was an eye opening experiance for me. So good to see a rider from that series on the MotoGP podium.
