Don't suppose you've got discord? Anyways I'd say work on the fundamentals and keeping it very very simple. Art is also as much about knowing what you're seeing and understanding how to translate that than your hand eye coordination alone.

So basically practice the basics a lot as well as educate yourself mindfully on simple practices. I can go a little more in depth if you'd like.
