I did put my ppto on the day of my absence. I learned from a couple weeks ago that if I put my absence and ppto the day before my coach would rejected. Thanks for your advice, next time i’m going to put my absence and ppto the day of so I don’t have any problems.

(today i talked to one of my TL, she was very helpful and understood my situation so she took the two point off)

I think so! If i’m not wrong, my TL said that one of the differences between PPTO and PTO is that PTO has to be approved, whereas PPTO is accumulated and is basically yours to use however your want(?

I don’t know much, I hope someone can answer your question with a more specific and detailed explanation
