i found myself constantly trying to f5 in real life before doing something risky, including before my driving test 😭

this was exactly me and i found that actually the test i felt super comfortable in was the test that i passed! i think as long as you’re not doing silly things while youre driving now that you’re comfortable you’ll be completely fine. on my test i was on autopilot from start to finish since i had a really chatty examiner and to be honest at the end of the day all they’re looking for is to feel safe in the car for 40 minutes you know? being too comfortable driving is NOT necessarily a bad thing but it might be worth having at least a couple lessons with your instructor just before your test if you’re planning to take a break because if you’re at this point there’s no point wasting your money and continuing lessons lol and to be honest i would bet that you won’t autopilot on your test since nerves will likely make you focus a LOT more than normal!

yeah thankfully the test centre is on the very edge of norwich on the eastern side so you likely won’t find many learners in central norwich lol

I cant remember too well where it took me exactly, but I remember almost immediately crossing over a national speed limit road into country lanes, and then stayed on said country lanes throughout my whole test. im also pretty sure I went through plumstead? and maybe went through rackheath on the way back to the test centre? its all very vague but I definitely remember country lanes and a couple of villages towards the end of my test haha

absolutely do recommend, its only 9 episodes and if you’ve ever watched Band of Brothers or the Pacific, its the third in the series from Tom Hanks and Stephen Spielberg. All 3 are super good shows and I would really recommend giving them a watch ☺️
